Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $1,966.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week
Job Discerption:
Join our Critical Care Float Pool team to provide high-quality nursing care for ICU patients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ICU nurses looking to work in a dynamic, teaching hospital environment with supportive interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU and float pool units
Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Accurately document all nursing care in Cerner charting system
Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations with professionalism
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain professionalism during night shifts and provide weekend/holiday coverage as needed
Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience required (Critical Care Float Pool)
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia or compact license
Certifications:
BLS and ACLS certification preferred (please obtain if not currently held)
Skills: Proficient in critical care nursing, skilled in managing complex patient needs in ICU settings
Charting System: Experience with Cerner preferred but not mandatory
Travel: Open to first-time travel nurses
