Scheduled Hours : 40
Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days No weekends/On Call Coverage area: southern and western part of St. Louis County, cities including Affton, Oakville, Ballwin, Sunset Hills and Wildwood. Also, possibly some cities in Jefferson County including Arnold, Imperial, Hillsboro, Fenton and Festus. May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address Hospice experience required 1 year of HCHB experience preferred LIC in hand Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours. Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator 2 weeks cancellation
