• License: Active DE RN license required

  • Non-residents: Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing; in-person fingerprinting required in Delaware. Results take 3-4 weeks post-visit.

• Experience:

  • Minimum Home Health experience required

  • OASIS experience required for RNs

• Coverage Area: 50-mile radius from base (local rate applies)

• Weekend Staffing: Nurses remain within familiar territory

  • Option to take a weekday off prior (alternate day off)

• On-Call Details:

  • 4:30 PM - 8 AM shifts (split into 4:30-8:30 PM or 8:30 PM-8 AM)

  • Night calls are rare and handled initially by non-clinical staff
