StartDate: 7/6/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2251.60 - $2481.35
The nursing supervisor needs strong leadership skills and be able to multi-task efficiently. Supervision in a rural hospital requires that staff member to be able to take a full assignment in the ED at times and/or assist the staff (Emergency Dept. & Observation Unit) with critical patients, difficult transports, patient/staff grievances, ED flow issues, and clear communication to the Nurse Manager. Proficiency in IV therapy, pharmacy, and RT skills is a must as ancillary resources are limited.
