Travel Order
ER RN - Days/PMs - Waukesha Memorial Hospital
10 week contract
Start Date: ASAP 6/10 or 6/24
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 12hr Day/PMs shifts start times between 5:00 am- 1:00 pm
Float Requirements: Float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart), NIHSS Stroke, ACLS, PALS, Active WI RN or Compact license
Minimum Experience: 2+ years ER experience; At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
Charting Experience Required: EPIC strictly required within the last 12 months
Scrub Colors: Any
Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
