Territory: King County/ Seattle Area
Start Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 3 weeks
Shift: 8hr Days , M-F 8a-5p
Ratios: 1:1 ( May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
First-Timers Accepted: YES
Weekend REQ: None
Is On-Call REQ?: None
Locals Accepted: Yes
Experience Requirements:
1 YR of recent Skilled Home Health Hospice Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years)
Case Load: Geriatric
Certs REQ: BCLS
License: Must have WA license, or compact license
Additional Notes:
Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
Timely communication and documentation required
Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
