Talent4health Job ID:Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent.The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.Working Conditions:-Long periods of sitting with frequent standing, walking or moving.-Requires periods of keying on computer terminal to input information.-Requires constant verbal communication in person or using the phone.-Requires frequent reading of correspondence, email, reports, material, etc.-Exposure to communicable diseases.-Lifting 35 pounds.-Extended wearing of PPE.-Application of surgical mask for long periods of time.Preferred Skills & Experience:Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience highly preferred.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Required Certifications & Licensure:-Current and valid New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license required.-BLS (AHA) required.-National Certification acceptable to the Magnet Recognition Program and appropriate to your current specialty (within two years of hire) required.Priya
