Job Title: RN - CVICU (Cardiovascular ICU) Location: Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center, Reno, NV Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift 3x12s per week Start on Sunday Duration: 30 weeks (1,080 total hours) Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required Specialty Training: Must be open-heart trained with Post-Op Day 0 heart experience Device Experience: Proficiency with IABP and Impella required Licensure: Active RN license in state/district required Certifications: NIHSS, BLS & ACLS required Travel Requirement: Must live 100+ miles away Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and leadership skills in high-stakes environments Expert in arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics Ability to assess patient conditions and provide critical interventions Effective communication, coordination, and delegation under pressure
