Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - 3 x 12hr shift Every Other Weekend Required Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension Travel Pay: $2,271.96 (Negotiable) Job Summary:
• Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs provide specialized, innovative care in urgent situations for patients of all ages.
• They are expertly trained to respond swiftly and effectively to a variety of trauma and emergency scenarios.
• ED nurses must accurately assess both physical and mental health conditions upon patient arrival.
• They prioritize care based on the severity of injuries and medical needs, ensuring rapid, life-saving interventions. Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have at least 18 months of recent experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting.
• Must have worked in an ED environment within the last six months.
• Demonstrated clinical performance and practice at a competent level is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge, analytical skills, and communication abilities are essential. Education:
• BSN - Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS-AHA.
• ACLS
• Telemetry
• PALS
• NIHSS.
