Must Haves:
- 2+years' experience as RN
- Compact or NJ active RN license
- Titrating Drip experience (types- Neo/ Levo)
- ICU/Neuro Step-Down unit experience
- Patient ratio= 1:3 (ICU Step Down) or Patient Ratio= 1:6 (Med/Surg Step Down)
- BLS Certification
- Excellent communication
Pluses:
- Experience working in Trauma 1
Day to Day:
Insight Global Health is looking for an experienced Step-Down RN to sit in Morristown, NJ. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close monitoring and specialized patient care of patients transitioning out of the ICU. You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administer medications and treatments, manage medical equipment, and collaborate with the larger healthcare team.
3x12s (Day or Night), Contract will likely be extended, on-call 1 shift every 3rd weekend, $2400 per week.
