o 1+ Year of Experience- Required o NMTCB or ARCRT - Required o Graduate from AMA approved Radiology School - Required o ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
