EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Completion/Graduate of Nuclear Medicine Techonology program Current Hawaii license as a Nuclear Medical Technologist. Current BLS/HCP level certification. 2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years staff experience in Nuclear Medicine. Candidates with at least one (1) year staff experience and who have completed one or more travel assignments of 13 weeks or longer will also be considered Experience to demonstrate the following: Knowledge of nuclear medicine physics and computerized nuclear medicine systems to safely inject radiopharmaceuticals, isotopes and scan all human anatomic systems. Knowledge of nuclear medicine safety as it applies to self, patients, visitors and co-workers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Radiologists and Physicians. Strong critical thinking skills 3. OTHER: NO RTO on initial contract. Traveler may negotiate consecutive days off as long as contracted hours are worked. Full compliance must be met 10 or more days in advance of start date.
