Position Summary
McLaren Macomb in Mount Clemens, MI, is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join their imaging team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in capturing high-quality images used by physicians for accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. This hospital is a 288-bed Level II Trauma Center and one of the busiest Emergency Centers in the area.
Key Responsibilities
Operate MRI equipment to produce clear diagnostic images
Follow physician protocols and imaging instructions
Explain MRI procedures to patients to ensure comfort and understanding
Select software settings and manage imaging parameters
View and review images, ensuring quality and clarity
Maintain detailed records and reports for each imaging session
Requirements
2+ Years MRI Experience - Required
Philips Equipment Experience - Required
BLS Certification - Required
Traveler Experience - Preferred
Navy Blue Scrubs
EMR: Cerner
