Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively and respectfully with team members and store management
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, and hone effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Assemble and disassemble fixtures as needed
- Execute planograms accurately and merchandise products
- Pay close attention to detail
- Follow instructions, update signage, and ensure proper shelf conditions
- Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
Qualifications: - At least 6 months of merchandising or fixture building experience
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Proficient in reading and implementing planograms
- Willingness to travel across multiple states for various projects
- Basic proficiency with necessary tools
- Team-oriented mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A personal cell phone and valid email address
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
