Certification Details - BLS - Basic Life Support

Job Details - General med/surg unit that takes care of mostly geriatric population with diagnoses that vary from day to day.
Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date.
- Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date.
Schedule Information - Weekend: Every Other
- Call: None
- Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
- Holidays: Expected to work major holidays if they fall within assignment period.
Unit Specific Information - Unit Details: General med/surg unit that takes care of mostly geriatric population.
Additional Details - Photo ID Required
- Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
