Job Requirements - Can submit with AL license pending
- Required for all Candidates.
Additional Details - Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
- Candidate MUST bring Drivers License to first day. Name on Drivers License MUST match name on RN license. Candidate must live at least 90 miles from facility.
- Must provide Social Security Card or CS must confirm/add last four digits of SSN in notes.
- Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have an employment authorized Everify on file.
