General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Medical Surgical Unit with remote telemetry and potential medical surgical diagnoses
Ratio / Census: 1:6; 38 bed unit with average daily census of 33
Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
RTO: MAX 7 days
Weekends: Every other weekend
Floating: Yes
Call Requirements: None
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Contract Length: 14 days
Holidays: Major Holidays are listed below: New Year's Eve and Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Day
Background Check required within 30 days of start.

Required for RN's in following specialties: PACU/Pre-op/Endo/CSU (if these areas accept pediatric patients), ER
Required for RNs and LVNs by Aya only. Not required by Client. Not required for subcontractors.
