Float required.
Resume should include last 12 months Epic Experience or candidate will not be considered.
Must have 2+ years of experience.
RTO due at the time of submission.
No block scheduling will be accepted.
Only accepting 7 days max of RTO.
Candidates will automatically be rejected if there are more than 7 days.
Formal education required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing through the ACEN or CCNE is required.

Must provide and carry a valid government issued photo ID
AHA only - required for ALL nurses AHA RQI is acceptable
Nursing only, within 30 days of start
Primary Source Verify. Copy of License / Certificate Needed state specific registry.
Required for all patient facing positions.
Pre-employment physical within year of start.
Unit specific competency exam required.
Clinical only, Unit specific skills checklist completed within year of start and updated annually.
Required by ALL travelers prior to start. Fully vaccinated (2 doses if applicable) Medical or Religious Exemptions approved on a case by case basis.
2 Negative PPD's or Neg Q-Gold/Tspot required.
