Job Description: Job Title: Allied - MT/MLT - Travel Facility: Our Lady of Fatima Hospital - LotusOne Location: North Providence, RI Shift: 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM (MIDS, 40hrs, 5x8s) Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week Position Overview: Our Lady of Fatima Hospital - LotusOne is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a travel position. The successful candidate will work in both outpatient and inpatient lab settings, providing critical diagnostic services to our community hospital. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests in Blood Bank and Hematology, as well as other clinical areas such as Chemistry and Microscopic Urinalysis (UA). Experience in handling body fluids, including C3 and C4 and total complement testing. Operate and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers. Adhere to hospital safety and quality standards while working with patients' samples. Document lab results accurately using MediTech charting system. Collaborate with healthcare providers in an acute care setting to support diagnosis and treatment decisions. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an MT/MLT in a hospital or community laboratory setting. Blood Bank and Hematology experience is mandatory. ASCP Certification as MLT or MT is required. Microscopic UA skills are a must.
