Shifts: Rotating 5x8s Mix of days/evenings Weekend shifts = 12 hrs

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Job Description:
We're seeking a versatile MLT/MT (ASCP certified) with strong skills in Microbiology (including Plate Reads), Blood Bank, and Phlebotomy. You'll play a crucial role in our small but dedicated team, directly contributing to diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
Requirements:
- Certifications: ASCP required
- Experience: Generalist with ability to perform blood draws
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a lab science field
- Shifts:
- 3 Evening Shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- 2 Day Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekends: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shift)
- Call: No on-call
- Setting: Micro, Blood Bank, Phlebotomy
Additional Details:
- Must be flexible and capable of working independently
- Facility requires adaptability and strong generalist competencies
- Reports to Lab Manager/Supervisor
- Creativity and professional judgment encouraged in day-to-day work
