Orientation twice monthly Duke Lifepoint Hospital 355 beds Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel General Comments Unit Profile Facility Name: Frye Regional Medical Center Floor: 4 North Trauma Level: Position Information:

• Float Requirements: as needed, float to surgical, neuro , intermediate (will take med surg level patients)

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Cerner experience, IV competency
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: charge experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD exacerbation, GI blee d, diabetic complications, wound care, pancreatitis, sickle cell crisis, end of life care/hospice, falls, weakness, sepsis, infection
• Personality Fit: look for team players, strong patient advocates, busy floor-need to keep up
