- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory/management experience. Must be self-motivated with the ability to direct and manage a diverse group of employees.
- Certified technologist with current eligibility for State of Vermont licensure. Registry with a national modality (ARRT, NMTCB, or ADRMS) is required.
Overview
Manager/Director of Radiology. As the Manager/Director of Radiology you are the visionary force behind our imaging services. Responsible for driving excellence and innovation in a highly patient centered organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and help shape the strategic direction, elevate clinical quality and ensure seamless operations across a full spectrum of Radiologic Services. Working collaboratively with medical providers, colleagues, senior administration, and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments is essential for this position.
Excellent analytical, financial, and project management abilities. Proficient with RIS, PACS, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
