Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Description: Must be available to work at least 2 out of the 3 major holidays. Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE WA LICENSEMIN 1 YR EXP First Time Traveler OKUnit Details: - breast imaging, screening and diagnostic- Monday thru Friday, no weekends or Holidays, open day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve- Outpatient clinic- shift times varies based upon unit needs. need to be flexible 7-3:30pm 7:30-4pm 8-4:30pm- Medical Office Building on CampusPatient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics SKILLS > Outpatient > PROCEDURES (REQUIRED): 3D Mammography Diagnostic Mammograms Digital Mammography Screening Mammograms> ADDITIONAL SKILL: Hologic (Preferred) EPIC SKILLS REQUIREDCertifications/Licenses: ARRT, ARRT (M), BLS, WA LICOrientation Details: 8 HrsScrubs: any color HOUSING RESOURCES: Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to. Traveler s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.R
