Details:
- 12hr Night Shift 0700 or 12hr Day Shift 1930 - weekend rotation is every other.
- Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
- Rehab Region - Cleveland Pines, Huntersville Oaks, Jesse Helms, Sardis Oaks, and Stanly Manor - Will be required to float per region needs.
- Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit.
- Beds: 168
Minimum Years of Experience required? 18 months in SNF/LTC Rehab facility.
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred, but will consider. - Can NOT pick up extra shifts but can have a 48hr/week contract.
- Previous Long-Term Care exp to include: Trach management (refresher provided during orientation), foley care, wound experience, dressing changes, IV starts (can educate)/management, tube feedings.
