50 mile radius for local rate Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required.
Must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation BILL RATE: $80 $.70/mile MODALITY: LPN TYPE OF JOB ORDER: TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Home Health and Oasis CREDENTIALING REQ: 5-10 business days of WEEKS: 13 SHIFT/HOURS: M-F, 8D GWW: 40 Weekend requirements:
LPNs will work 2 Saturdays every 3-4 weeks LICENSE: DE Coverage area: up to 60-mile radius
