Auto Offer - can't submit RTO or scheduling requests to qualify. Fingerprinting is done on first day, then worker is eligible for guaranteed hours while clearance is pending. 36 hour guarantee but expected to have open availability to work per the Scheduling Policy. Pay is based on 36 hours.
