Job Title: Home Health LVN/LPN Days
Join our team as a dedicated LVN/LPN for a 13 week contract role in Home Health, requiring a 40 hour weekly commitment during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality patient care.
Collaborate on patient care plans.
Adapt to changes in territory assignments.
Requirements:
Valid MA LVN License.
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience.
BLS certification.
Experience with OASIS; familiarity with HCHB preferred.
Additional Information:
No on call requirement.
Contract extension opportunities available.

1:1 patient ratio.
Weekly pay cycle.
Orientation at client's location.
