-5x8 days (M: 9am-5:30pm, T: 8:30am-6pm, W: 9am-8pm, T: 9am-3pm, F: 8am-6pm) -BLS and completion of required NYSDOH IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of orientation are required -
