Shift: 3x12-Hour Days 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Join the exceptional care team at Community Rehabilitation Hospital South, a state-of-the-art, 44-bed inpatient acute rehab hospital. Specializing in recovery and treatment for patients affected by:
- Stroke
- Brain and spinal cord injury
- Neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Trauma and amputation
Requirements:
- Active LPN License (IN or compact)
- 2 years of LPN experience (REQUIRED - Auto Offer for qualified candidates.)
- BLS (AHA or ARC) required
- ACLS preferred (based on facility need)
- Resume, license verification, full SSN for rehire check, and 2 supervisory references required for submittal
