Genie Healthcare is seeking an experienced LPN to fill an opening in Bowling Green, KY, for $45.15/hr. (taxed + non-taxed)
Requirements of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):
- AHA BLS certified and valid Compact nursing license
- Minimum 1 year of Adult Home Health Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Pass a Background check / medical test/skill test/drug test
- HCHB Charting Familiarity req
Shift:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 36 hours/wk
- 13-week contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient assessment.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and assist with health coaching.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings, including home health and long-term care.
- Ensure compliance with CPR and BLS certification standards while promoting patient safety.
