Job Overview

Duties

- Assist with acute pain management and provide health coaching to patients.
- Support family planning initiatives and educate patients on relevant health topics.
- Care for patients with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Conduct assessments in internal medicine settings and assist with spinal taps when necessary.
- Provide compassionate care in memory care facilities, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Experience in acute care, primary care, or memory care settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
