Job Details - Assist proceduralist during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular, body-interventional cases with scrubbing side by side with specialty proceduralist.
- Positively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
- Groin management post-intervention.
Job Requirements - Minimum 1 year prior experience as a licensed Radiology Tech required.
- Strong knowledge of Floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic modality machines.
- Ability to identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during interventional procedural cases.
- Ability to critically think during interventional cases and complex cases to assist proceduralist.
- Ability to operate power injection of iodinated contrast media device during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Knowledge of documentation in electronic medical records and send images to Sectra/PACs system.
- Strong communication skills using closed-loop communication.
- Ability to maintain sterile technique and maintain infection prevention measures to set up procedural trays for caseload.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate information to patients required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks required.
