Job Requirements - Driver's License required for all candidates. Must remain active and current during entire assignment.
- Required for all RN's/LVN's working on an out of state compact license. The state they declare on the form must match the state of the drivers license (or other proof of residency document) and state of the RN/LVN license.
Schedule Information - Time sensitive. Must be completed ASAP. Required for RN's going to these units: ER, All ICU's, Cath Lab, Dialysis, MS/Tele, TeleMed Surg, PACU, PCU, Stepdown, PreOp, Edoscopy, Dialysis. Not required for Case Managers, Utilization Review, Behavioral Health.
