Job Details - Position / Specialty: IMC/general onsite tele
- Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights
- Avg. Daily Census: 38
- Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required
- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float to like units as needed
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager

- Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL license to apply
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years' experience required
- Active IL license required
- Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
- Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring
- Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Sheath Removal, TR band
- Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Feeding tube care and management
- Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure
- Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy skills/experience: Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
- Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips
- Required Neurological/Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: CVA
- Experience with Surgical drains required
- Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management
- Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Cerner experience required
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
