Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and be adaptable to floating to Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and assess patients with acute conditions, managing life-support systems.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float to IMCU (Stepdown Unit) as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Utilize Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) proficiently.
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact State License (Multistate).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience (within the last 3 years).
- Strong experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) is required.
- BLS, ACLS (AHA) Certifications.
- Ability to float to IMCU/Stepdown as needed.
