Travel ICU Registered Nurse

Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient. MCU is a 1:3-4 ratio, primarily 1:4; ICU is 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity. Need someone with cardiac experience. We take post PCI/ STEMI or other cath lab patients. Job Requirements Intermediate or progressive care experience. Must be able to read and interpret rhythms and cardiac drips. Experience with radial and groin PCI access and bleed management - REQUIRED. Experience with temp pacing - REQUIRED. Unit Specific Information They will be expected to work on both units. Additional Details ICU AND PCU or ICU AND IMCU experience. Profile Requirements: Resume, Skills checklist (within 1 year). Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain. License - OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
