Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)- Home Health Location: Lacey, WA 98503 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days 5x8Hour (08:00 AM to 04:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly Qualifications: Required BLS Must have WA Physical Therapy Assistant License Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles. Oasis is required.
