- Weekend Rotation: Will have a weekend rotation but specific requirement will depend on staffing during time of contract
- Holiday Requirements: 75% of holidays required
- Floating Requirements: Stanly - Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between
- 1 year of OT experience required
- Will accept first time travelers who have strong experience in Home Health OT

- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac
Required for submission:
- NC License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), Driver's License
- Skills required: IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS
