Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant- Home Health Location: Walla Walla, WA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days 5x8hours (08:00 AM to 04:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly Qualifications: Required BLS Pending License Accepted: Yes, both OR and WA licensure is REQUIRED Oasis is required Additional Requirements: Ratios: 1:1 ( May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
