Insight Global is seeking a Travel Executive Assistant to join one of our top food and beverage establishment clients. This role is 6 months contract-to-hire, sits hybrid in Pasadena, CA (onsite 3 days a week), and offers an hourly rate of $30-$34/hour depending on previous years of experience.


Job Summary:

A prominent food and beverage establishment is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Pasadena, CA. This position will provide support to multiple Senior Vice Presidents. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing: Processing invoices, including coding them within the system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Executive Support: Proven experience in supporting high-level executives, often managing multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Expense Reporting: Handling and reporting expenses accurately.
  • Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining executive calendars efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Arranging and managing travel plans.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibiting a high level of detail orientation and proactive approach in all tasks.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Comfortable with Nevan (travel agency) and Concur
  • Bilingual
  • Able to travel 70% of the time
