Years of Experience: 3 to 5
Must Have Skills/Experience: traumas- handle stabilization of traumas and prepare for transfer
Preferred Skillset/Experience: chest tubes, critical drips, traumas
Required Education: RN license

Patient Ratios: 1:6 or 1:4 depending on staffing. Try to staff 3 days and 3 nights with a mid-shift from 10A-10P. Many times, we can staff 4 and 4 throughout the shift.
Equipment: able to care for patients on ventilators, BiPAP, Central and Arterial lines.
EHR: Meditech

Patient Population: all age groups
Dress Code: Scrub Color: blue, can wear sweatshirt, tee shirt with scrub pants. Any unacceptable attire: no offensive language or political statements on any attire
