THE EP CVTSs RUN THE STIM PROTOCOLS AND PERFOM CALCULATIONS/ELECTROGRAM MEASURMENTS INDEPENDENTLY, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE TRAVELER BE ABLE TO FUNCTION IN THIS ROLE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE AND BE ABLE TO PERFORM A COMPLETE EP STUDY INDEPENDENTLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE CVT SHOULD BE WELL VERSED IN THE SET UP OF CARTO, ESI, AND CRYO. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCRUB ALL PROCEDURES PERFORMED IN THE EP LAB - NOT JUST IMPLANT/DEVICE CASES.
