1. Experience running STIM Protocols, calculations/electrogram measurements without assistance? a. How many years and how recent? 2. Experience with complex ablation procedures, AF, VT, SVT & CRT implants? 3. Experience in performing complete EP studies independently? 4. Able to set up Carto, ESI, and CRYO? 5. Ability to SCRUB all EP procedures (not just implant/device cases)? 6. Are you comfortable with 3 days of floor orientation before working independently? 5 years experience required : BLS/ACLS for RNs-Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCIS &/or RCES), Radiologic Tech (ARRT) CV; current licensure or registration in the state of Florida (excluding CVT) (through C.C.I.). CVT requires AS degree or higher
