Certification Details - BLS - Basic Life Support

Job Details - Must have CST from NBSTSA
- AHA BLS required
- Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need
- OT Days each week
- No First Time Travelers
- Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
- Shift: 4x10 Days
- Locals accepted: YES at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility
- Pending License accepted: No
- RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Experience: 1+ yr

- Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff
- Prisma Health's goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
