LPN or RN needed for full-time position with pay starting at $30/hour, increasing based on experience/degree. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, collaborating with healthcare providers, conducting patient assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements include previous medical office experience, knowledge of patient care practices, familiarity with Medicare regulations and coding systems, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
