Schedule Notes: Saturday Day, Sunday Day, Monday Night (12 hr shifts).

On Call Requirements: None Description:
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions.
Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
Uses PACS and teleradiology system to correctly transfer images to the appropriate location. Qualifications:
Education:
Associates degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred Certification Requirements:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR
Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
Facility Specific License/ Certifications: ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required Experience:
Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Maintains accurate records, files and billing information.
