Job Title: CT Tech Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 3p EOW (9.50x4) Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension. Weekly Pay: $2,443 Job Summary:
• Performs CT procedures with professionalism and service excellence, adhering to HIPAA and AHS identification policies.
• Prepares and maintains sterile fields, requisitions, supplies, and equipment according to protocol, ensuring CT rooms are clean and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to reduce anxiety and maintain privacy and dignity throughout procedures.
• Monitors patient condition before and after contrast injections, screens for allergies, and respond promptly to complications or emergencies.
• Coordinates workflow as Point staff, triaging emergent cases, assigning staff, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
• Completes QA/QC requirements, reports equipment malfunctions, adheres to imaging protocols, and promptly notifies radiologists of critical findings. Required Education:
• HS diploma/GED
• Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a School of Radiography or College based Radiography program. Required Certifications & Licensure:
• ARRT RT (R)
• ARRT RT (CT)
• NJDEP - New Jersey State X-Ray License.
