Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist
Image Acquisition: Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Patient Preparation: Ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and properly positioned for imaging procedures.
Safety Standards: Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely imaging services.
Record Management: Maintain accurate documentation and records of imaging procedures.
Requirements for the CT Technologist Role
BLS Certification (required).
ARRT Certification (required).
2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or in a similar role.
