- Special requirements: Basic requirements associated with CT Technologist job position. Please note that this shift is M-F . We do require this assignment to be responsible for 2-4 days of call per month with the call being on days opposite those worked ( on weekends in this case ).

Job Requirements - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required.
- Current certification issued by an acceptable agency - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS). Must check UD to verify certifications required.
Schedule Information - M-F
- 2-4 days of call per month

Additional Details - SUBS: Aya I9 Attestation Required

- Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY.
