Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and executive leadership. 7. Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. 2. Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred. 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field. 4. Professional certifications, such as ARC or IATA. 5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in travel management software, such as Concur or Expensify. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with international travel arrangements and regulations. 2. Knowledge of travel policy development and implementation. 3. Familiarity with travel expense management and reimbursement processes.
